We accept PayPal as the main source for payments but once they 100% SECURELY use their site for the transaction you can pay with almost ANY Credit Card, Bank Account, Check etc. They also OFFER the " PAY in 4" Program that breaks the cost into (4) Installment Payments. This can make these S-Fly Units a lot more affordable.
When purchasing online using your credit card, when using PayPal, all of your account information is SECURELY kept on their servers. If you use Credit Cards directly, the info is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
It will take about 2-3 business days after the order is placed to allow handling time ,then pick-up by the carrier, then its pointed towards the destination and tracking is issued. You'll receive an e-mail with tracking number and all information needed to track your order. Thanks!
A newly placed order usually takes 48 hours to be processed/shipped and will be delivered to you approximately 3-10 business day after the order has shipped.
For example, an order made on Monday will be shipped on Wednesday and would arrive about 2 weeks later.
You can track your order status from our "TRACK YOUR ORDER" page by entering your tracking code provide by the email we send you.

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
We are currently including FREE SHIPPING to your closest Carrier Hub. You will still enter your ( what would be ) your "Door to Door" Address so we can find this Hub for you. If you have a preference you can leave us a "Special Message" in the area provided at Checkout. You can also use that Messaging to let us know you would like the "Door to Door" service and we will set that up for you with the Shipper ( Shipper charges approx $200 for this service w/ liftgate at a residence). *** We get a lot of orders from buyers that live in Townehomes, Condos, Apartments etc that add more challenges to the Door Direct Drops so weve tried to simplify the process to save buyers the initial cost of Door to Door service and make it an optional item but still be able to include Free Shipping to everyone. Were constantly testing the best way to " package " the purchases thats best , easiest for every buyer in general even though everybody has their own situation.
Any changes in shipping or requests for the "Door to Door" Service need to be in the Special Message box or if its after the fact on ordering PLEASE CALL/EMAIL WITHIN 24 HRS so the changes can be made correctly before Processing takes place. The "window" for this can close quickly because were trying to get wheels under the units as soon as we can for everyone! ( It can also take between 24-48 hrs and theres weekends as well , to process orders so you can still submit after 24 hrs but we cannot guarantee the shipment isnt on the road allready) Thanks!
